Poor workmanship

Park Ford will never see me again and I would advise anyone to stay clear. My car broke down while visiting family and friends in Vanderbijlpark from Cape Town , I decided to take it to Park Ford as I felt they would be able to source parts the quickest and would be the ‘experts’. If you don’t call or go in yourself you won’t get updates. Two weeks and R18000 later I made special arrangements for my car to be picked up so that I can fly down on a Friday evening and drive back on a Saturday morning early. After getting to my vehicle I found the belly cover and engine covers on the back seat and the interior reeking of oil. Oil everywhere in the engine bay not cleaned. I delayed driving back early on the Saturday and took the car back to them to fit these parts, they were very apologetic and quickly refitted. 100km outside Bloemfontein covers started flying off from my car on the highway. Immediately stopped to find the belly cover dragging on the road and the plastic parts holding it in place gone. I don’t drive around with a kitted toolbox and had to use my shoelaces in an attempt to secure the thing. Thanks for the ‘Ford experience’. Terrible!!
