Poor support by Ford South Africa

My Ford Ranger Wildtrak with 70 000 km on the clock has developed a radiator leak. That in itself is very disappointing. However, when taking it in today to Lazarus Centurion to have it repaired, I was told that it will take at least 7 days to rectify the problem. We are getting ready to go on leave. What disappointing service. I would certainly have expected Ford to support their products better than this.
