Poor services at Ford fury William Nicol

I booked in my car for service and repairs at Ford fury William Nicol. The repairs which I had requested they were not performed even though I had booked for it, I was told I will have to book it in again. I was charged for service fee but it doesn't seem anything was done on it, even the service book was not stamped.
