Poor service Motus Germiston/Imperial Auto

HW20TDGP My Ecosport is at the dealership for a month an half due to the incorrect installation of a Ford fitted tow bar. The dealer are waiting for Ford SA to supply a harness that was suppose fitted during the original fitment. How long do I have to wait? I contacted various people within Ford without any joy!! What else can I do?
