Poor Service from Ford SA

Very poor service from FORD SA Customer Care. Basically telling me they cannot do anything to resolve water leak and water drainage noise on my Ford Everest. Was told by customer care that my issue wasn’t covered under my vehicle warranty, this was only after two dearlerships tried to resolve the issues on the vehicle and both failed at it. Was told that my complaint was entertained just to keep me happy!

Will not buy a FORD ever again. No interest showed by the purchasing dealer or FORD SA in-terms of assisting to resolve my complaint. I’m very disappointed in the FORD brand.
