Poor service from Ford garage Middleburg mpumalanga

I send my car for service 27 August 2021 for 120 000 km. On Monday 30 August my car didn't start. I just left the car and go to work. After work we manage to jump start it. When I suppose to energized the battery the car wasn't take the gear R. And wasn't move when I reverse it. I did go to them and tell them what's happened. Guys the manager gave me bad attitude and trying to blame me. And they were refusing to go to tow my car. I fight w them till they send a driver to my place. When I ask a coursyty car they said they don't have all the car it's out. And after they tow it they didn't commicate any thing to me till I called them. Till now there is no solution. Tell me that the technician they did tested positive and nothing they can do. Guys I'm struggling to go to work I must hiking for 74 km every day
