Poor Service - Ford Basil Green Edenvale

I received poor and cold service from Wesley Barnard when I took my car for fixing.

How can you bad treat a client who brings money into the Business?

Wesley the so called "Service Advisor" made me feel I made a mistake for bringing my Fiesta car to the Ford dealer in Edenvale for fixing.
