Poor service at Lazarus Ford Centurion

i very disappointed with service of Ford Lazarus centruin I send my car for repair Antifreeze leaking I send my car for repair at ford Lazuras they told me it’s thermostat housing is leaking they replaced the thermostat housing… and when they done with thermostat housing I checked the car the was oil on top . I told them there is some oil on top. One of the service lady at line 2 she told me I send the car for antifreeze leaking not oil leaking , they supposed to check everything on the car and fix it, the car still under warranty . I am not engineer if there is problem with car how will a know , the dealership (Ford lazarus centurion) must fix it . with all the ford kuga story driving a car with oil it’s not safe. The lady at lane 2 service department told me I should told them to check oil leaking how will I know I do not fix or work with ford I am just driver, as customer they supposed to check and give best service but they failed me. they have poor service and someone suggested to me I must take my car to other ford dealerships not Lazarus centurion to check the car .
