Poor service at Ford Louis Trichard

I'm writing regarding the service which I got as action ford Louis trichard, the bakkie that I'm driving is still brand new with less than 1500KM, and the battery busted so I called road assistance, AA sent out towing company to take me to nearest Ford dealership which was Loius trichard, so upon their investigation they say there was a spring washer on the positive terminal which they say it's not supposed to be there so they refused to change my battery as they say someone was tempering the battery, so I had to buy another one for me to be able to continue with my trip and their service is very poor
