Poor service and lack of communication

I bought a brand new Ranger Wildtak 2.0 bi-turbo drove from Gauteng to Mossebay and felt a surge while driving on speed cruize. Day after long trip drove to town and the injectors failed. Now 10 days later Ford says there are no spares due to back orders. Only received a courtesy car after 7 days
