Poor service and customer service from Kuruman FORD. Upington Ford is the BEST!!!!!

Our vehicle was booked for a service at KURUMAN FORD and was booked in before 08:00 this morning. It is on extended service plan. We were promised we will have our vehicle at 14h00 today. However when i phoned now they have not even started with the vehicle as they sent an email and is awaiting authorization. If you see no response in an hours time follow up or call them. Kuruman ford has no customer service whatsoever. On previous occasions i took this same vehicle to Upington Ford and we received it back before lunch, they have excellent customer service. Please rather take your vehicles to Upington Ford , authorization was obtained and the car was washed. It is after 14h00 and nothing was done as yet on my vehicle. BAD BAD service Kuruman Ford.
