Poor Service

<p>I purchased a vehicle from McCarthy Ford Silver Lakes in December and received exceptionally poor service.</p> <p>1. The dealership lost the canopy keys; they promised to replace the locks but had a change of mind a month later, now they will only replace the keys with somebody walking around with my keys.</p> <p>2. The vehicle when through the roadworthy test without a working hand brake???? Was somebody bribed?</p> <p>3. There is a button fitted on the dash board and when you press it the button lights up but nobody can tell me what it is for.</p> <p>4. The vehicle although second hand I thought would at least be cleaned & washed before we receive it after spending R285 000 for a vehicle.</p> <p>5. The second hand sales manager, second hand sales person & the sales person who traded the vehicle in all promised to contact the previous owner but a month later they are still not able to do so.</p> <p>6. We are still waiting for the registration (a month after the purchase).</p> <p>7. I spoke to the dealer principle (Anton) he promised to call me back but as usual no feedback.</p> <p> </p>
