Poor service

<p>My 2.2 engen egr cooler burst and the engine was damage. with a over a months phone calls and emails they finale agreed to replace the engine. Got the vehicle back but smoked a lot. Took it back to Matopi Ford who was always freinly trying their best to assist. Tested the injectors but computer show all is well. Smoke did not stop after 3 tanks. Took it back and asked that they remove the injectors and have a visule inspection of them. 2 of them was found to be damaged mos probebly because the engine overheated.Matopi Ford submitted a claim. now again a battle to get ot replaced. I was promised a compleate brand new engine. On the end they only did a block and head assembly. I understand that the other manufacturers in this instance also replace injector as part of the warenty. looks if Ford do like paying up for new engines but they do not want to replace components to save an engine on their warenty. </p> <p>Feeling quite dissapointed to drive a Ford wit a new engine and every time you start it you need a gas mask for all the smoke. not a good sighn for a company that want to over run the market.</p> <p> </p> <p>Was always a proud Ford owner, but with tis bad service I need to look at another brand. </p>
