Poor Service

<p>I am very dissappointed with Ford Germiston for the poor service I recieved. I recently bougght a new ford fiesta for my wife and firstly they mixed up our number plates with someone else and had to wait over a month to get my number plates back. Secondly when signing the contract I noticed a mistake with the debit order date and I brought it to their attention of which I was told to reverse the payment and they will sort out the debit order date for the end of the month. When I phoned to let them know that I could not reverse the payment I was told by the new Indian "manager" that it was my fault for signing the contract. so much for customer service ! I was a Ford fan but now I dont ever want to own a Ford anymore. </p>
