Poor service

I have been looking for Ford focus 2017 model mirror left side since December, yoh it's not encouraging to own Ford I went to Hartfield Pretoria and refer me to silver lakes Ford, I found Mr Wargner he just been dishonest with me, he sold housing of mirror without glass imagine having everything without glass and promise me to come back and collect glass when I went there again after two days he said no glass the whole south africa but when he sold mirror housing he was sure he has mirror I was so disappointed and discouraged, the service I got from Ford it was very poor it's not advisable to buy Ford. Now am driving a car without mirror and when I ask them when will they get the stock they said I have to pay it can take more than two months to come.
