POOR SERVICE

I have a ford Kuga that I took for service and I have a leeway of 2000kms I took my car in at 1300km which means I could still drive 700km. Now they say that they changed the policy few months ago and it's now only a leeway of 1000kms and we were never informed about it. Ford South Africa doesn't want to approve the service.
