Poor service

Our Ford Ecosport, JDM869NW went in for repairs at Ford Rustenburg, it went in for aircan repairs and for gearbox repairs, where they changed the clutch and fitted new aircon partsn on the aircan system.

After recieving the car back, we found that the bonnet holder clip was broken as well as the air intake pipe, After the car went in for the the aircan repairs, is the aircan stil not working, the heat gauge keep on coming on when the the car is driving in heavy traffic and the engine fan is also not working.

This car was with Ford Rustenburg for over 2 months, and still not fixed properly
