poor sales

I'm very sad to say that I'm totally disappointed in ford and I regret selling my Toyota Hilux for a Ford Ranger. There is absolutely no after sell service from Ford and I bought my ford Ranger the 11th December 2015 and up until today the 19th April 2016 I haven't received my licence disc for the bakkie. I only got my number plates last month but still no licence disc and every time there's a different excuse as to why they couldn't get my licence disc. I'm the one that needs to phone Ford and find out what the progress on the licensing is and I had to go and sort out the problems on my radio myself. I really think that is very poor service and I will never in future buy another Ford again. My wife drives a Ford Kuga and I'm getting rid of it as soon as possible as I don't want to deal with Ford in any way<br>
