Poor poor poor service

No communication what so ever my car broke down on Sunday afternoon and was towed there as it was the nearest dealership. Getting a confirmation that they recieved the vehicle took 3 hours on Monday morning. Today is Tuesday and I have not recieved any communication diagnosing the problem in the vehicle. As it is I am in the dark not knowing what is happening with the vehicle. Calling for feedback also yields no results as they continuesly promise to call you back and they never do. Bianca who is the receptionist is very rude and doesn't know what customer service is. My experience with them is soooooo frustrating.
