Poor parts availability and limited care

Very disappointed with Fords effort at making parts available. On the 19th March 2023 we had the unfortunate situation of an attempted hijacking wherein my Ford Ranger was shot at and ultimately had a wiring harness damaged...

Here we sit, 16 May 2023 still with no part and still without even an estimated date for arrival....

Come on Ford, you're charging R15k for the ****** harness as it is, can you not put it in a FEDEX box from overseas or something? Pathetic...

Oh and of course it means my one year warranty on the mandatory replaced gearbox has also expired while the vehicle just sits...
