Poor maintenance resulting into huge car damage

I bought a car at Ford Galactic Dealer in Polokwane in 2013 June. Somewhere before 120 000KM, started experiencing some noise and vibration from the engine area. I reported the concern and i was verbally told to do wheel alignment.

I continued to experience the noise and vibration up until 120 000km service time arrived. I took the vehicle as always to Ford Galactic Dealer, service department and again reported the concern. It was in that service that i was told to buy timing belt kit. Which i bought at Ford Galactic Dealer.

The timing belt kit arrived at the dealer and i brought the vehicle. The next day after that replacement of the timing belt and tension bearing, i started feeling the car jerking as i try to pull off/accelerate from stationery position. I reported the matter and i was told that i must check my rims.

I did and the car still continued doing that. At 140 000km i again reported the concern but no answer was given to me and the problem continued. At 160 000km i reported the concern again but nothing was done. Two months after 160 000km the car had an engine damage which later ford galactic says its due to timing belt or bearing which caused damages in the engine cylinders.

I reported the matter to Ford SA but up to today, no answers are given to me on why didn't Ford galactic dealer fix my problem which i believe that the symptoms i reported are consistent with the symptoms experienced when timing belt or bearing is defected/damaged.

I am now getting bad attitude from Ford Galactic and less action by Ford SA.
