Poor ford Service

We drive a Ford Everest 2019 2.0l Turbo XLT.

According to ford one of the Injectors failed. The car has been with the dealership for 2 weeks now, And still the dealership has no idea if they can do it under warranty or not. The newest excuse is that they need a tool the 2 to take out the injector and there is no tool like that in South Africa for them to buy the earliest it will arrive is in 6 weeks time. They do not have a courtesy car for me as I must now borrow my mother's Volkswagen up. It's feels like they does not want to help one with the problem, Makes me wonder if the Toyota Fortuner was not the better choice.
