poor ford service

Ford the ****ness. **** promotions. Ford was apparently doing a promotion on ford figo from model 2 ********** . Ford was doing free inspections and giving clients R500 retail vouchers. Thinking that i have a 2012 model ford figo i call the dealership in kuilsriver opposite zevenwacht to make a booking. The receptionist(always a problem) takes all the details of me and she then asks for the details of the car including the registration number and the vin number of the car. After verifying those details she tells me that everything is fine i just need to be at my appointment before 9. I get to the dealership before 9. The assistants on the day tells me that they are only going to start with inspections after 1 not considering my appointment that i made. After telling me : "Ill see what i can do" he tells me he will squeeze me in and it will only be 1 hour. I waited a hour and a half for the car. After waiting so long the service manager tells me he cannot give the voucher because the car was built in 2014 and theres nothing he can do to compensate for the time i wasted at Ford that day. The receptionist shouldve done her job correctly and couldve saved me time on the day. Thanks ford.
