Poor Customer service from Ford SA.

Since last year August, I have been going back and forth with Ford Dealers (Fury Ford Woodmead and Lazarus Ford Centurion) specifically, reporting a noise that i’m Hearing on my front Right wheel when driving on an Uneven paved road or going over humps... this noise sounds like the is something loose .. I have been taking my car to ford and they have failed to fix it for the past 6months... I booked it in with them so many times, even went on so many test drives with them and they would confirm that they do hear the noise but when it comes to fixing it , they can’t ..every time when fetching the car from them they would say it’s fixed, but then when I go for a test drive with them I still get the same noise and they would say they will call me the next day. They even kept my car over a night twice and still fail to fix it.

I have escalated this issue to ford SA and they also failed to assist me as they only become an intermediary between the dealer and myself but when I tell them that the dealer still fails to fix the car, they don’t say much.. I have to always phone Ford SA to do a follow up.

As i’m writing this, the car still makes the same noise and getting worse. I don’t even feel save to travel far with it. The car is still under full warranty...
