Poor customer service from Ford Credit

Can't explain how angry and frustrated I am right now with. Ford Credit and Absa. Where do these companies come off taking an installment on the 22nd of December 2023 in stead of on the agreed upon 28th of December.

We make these arrangements with these companies to ensure that there are sufficient funds in our account to pay them on time.

But no. Without permission they deduct the installment from my account 2 days before Christmas leaving the account empty and overdrawn. When you contact them to refund you receive a mail back saying sure we will refund you in 3 to 5 days...

Lekker interest on a couple of hundred thousand peoples expense for money that is not owed at that point. The service from Ford Credit and Absa is appaling.

If anyone has a contact that can lead me higher than the useless call centre please let me know.
