Poor Client Service

Ford Middelburg: I have taken my Everest for a service @ Ford Middelburg twice now and in both cases the service was absolutely poor, I went the second time as I thought the first time must have been just a bad day, second time around is even worse. Absolutely no consideration for client service, took my car in for service at 06:45, at 14:00 the technician still has not started. I refuse to use this dealer again!
