POOR AND UNGLY SERVICE FROM FORD MIDRAND 16th ROAD

Hello I’m very angry and disappointed right now for poor service l got from Ford Midrand this morning. On the 02 Dec 2016 l took my car to Ford Dealership Midrand and l was assisted by a lady named Carla, for the following damages: Wipes not working properly Boot not closing (or the boot will close for that moment –and the warning lights stays on) By the passenger side, foot area in front, the cover was hanging loose The damages were fixed on the same day, except for damage no:3 Carla stated that they need to order a new cover, that can only take 3days. Days passed without hearing from Carla. In January 2017 l called Carla regarding the cover and she said it hasn’t arrived yet. I called again, she gave me the same answer. Then on the 01 March 2017 when l called Carla, she cut the call while still on the phone with her. l called back, Carla was no longer available. But l managed to speak to Jacques who advised me to bring my car today (02 March 2017) When l arrived at Ford Midrand, Carla didn’t even apologize for taking 3 months to get back to me instead she pretended as l wasn’t there…when l look around as l was standing next to Jacques, I thought these people are NOT HELPFUL BECAUSE I’M BLACK, imagine if l was WHITE???? They called a guy to cover whatever that was loose, in 5min or so he was done. I couldn’t see whether he has done a good job or…until l got to my work place (which is 2min drive from Ford Midrand) That’s when l noticed that the cover is still loose. I immediately went back to Ford Midrand… Again, no one bothered to apologize…This was THE MOST BAD SERVICE I’VE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!!! Oh well…that what you get when you’re BLACK. I looked like a fool for not knowing what to do. Carla wasn’t even making sure that l get the satisfaction l deserved, she was avoiding me the whole time, she didn’t care less about how l felt. She didn’t bother to communicate. SIES!!!!
