POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE - FORD SA

I posted a review on helloPeter wrt my husband's experience with his Ford Ranger - sadly, my post and our after sales service experience has been confirmed by Ford's poor response to the matter - we are now told that there is in fact a defect on the vehicle but there is no replacement vehicle - I wonder why we are given the problem and not the solution???
