Poor after sales

Ford doesn't understand Service at all. Since I bought my mustang i am beginning not to enjoy the hard earned money used to bit this car as the staff at Ford have little service ethic. It's all about money. It's the small things I'm starting to appreciate from bmw that I overlooked before like being greeted properly. This car from purchase has not being attended to since purchased and I must always follow up or be inconvenienced. The last job done was a stuff up. Cant even clean the car properly. Cause if that was done, the staff would of noticed that parts weren't placed back correctly
