Phalaborwa Ford - Doesn't comply with the CPA

My fiancée purchased a second hand VW Amarok through Phalaborwa Ford in January. The vehicle's engine ceased a week after he collected it. Ford refused to acknowledge the CPA law and refused to fix they vehicle. When asked about the 2 year warranty they said they would find out. We received a call from VW that the warranty will only cover R15,000 and the repairs to the vehicle come to approximately R330,000 more than what the vehicle cost. I emailed Ford Headoffice the day after the engine ceased and to this day I have not received a response from them. Phalaborwa Ford has also not contacted my fiancée or even bothered to follow up. So now we are paying for a vehicle we can't even drive.
