Pathetic services by sales agent

Good morning

On the 14 May 2023 I bought "used" ford eco sport assisted by Lolo. the very first thing that shocked me on collection was unnecessary extra charges that we never agreed on or discussed . 1. Was extended warranty 2.extended services plan 3.window tin which was already on the vehicle when I view for the first time. I asked him why he never inform . He also failed to prove to me by invoice where and when was done. He apologised and removed charges .

Now I been fighting to get a spare key. Firstly he said it was locked in the cabin and said he dont have access to get it . 4 days after he said spare key is with the previous owner . I aksed him about risk he is putting me on. Well he asked me on the 10 June to drop vehicle to cut new key. That was done .

Lastly logbook was also not provided . When i asked him he became arrogant. His behaviour was absolutely rude he told me to go ahead and speak to his boss if that is gonna help me. I am very disappointed , at the beginning I thought he was smart I even gave him 10/10 rating.

I made lots of run around. I don't understand why vehicle was on a stand for sale with things missing . And Lolo I just wish if he can get training based on customer certification and be the same before he earn customer commission and after.
