Pathetic service or rather lack thereof!!!!

Absolutely shocking service!!!! Or rather, lack of service. My car went in for repairs. 3 years old, 40 000km on the clock and still under warranty. Seems to be a common fault, according to the mechanic. Its been at a Ford dealership for two weeks now and the engine has been stripped. I have to phone them for updates. Now we are told they are waiting for parts. They might be done in a weeks time. They just couldn't be bothered!!!! I contacted Ford South Africa numerous times and haven't received any feedback. Worst service ever. Can't wait to get my car back so that i can trade it in and get away from Ford!!!!!
