Pathetic service from Ford Fury Amanzimtoti

We left our vehicle in February 2018 at Ford Fury Amanzimtoti for a gear box inspection. Our vehicle was hijacked from their premises and to this date 4 May 2018 we have had no joy. They refused responsibility of the vehicle getting hijacked from their place of business. Refused to sort out the damages and we had to personally claim from our insuree's. But the vehicle is still not sorted out 4 months later. We are disgusted and annoyed. They didn't even offer us a courtesy vehicle. We even contacted Ford South Africa. No response
