Pathetic service by Ford Credit

I've been contacting Ford Credit on *** numerous times to find out why hasn't my account been debited for this month December 2021

This is very confusing because earlier in the month I was sent an sms as a reminder that I will be debited on the 26 December 2021 AS iF I'm in arears and I will be drinking my money out this December

To date the money has not been debited and when I call I'm being told half will be debit only I get put on hold until my call is cut and no body calls back

On one call I was told I'm in arears and this made me more confused This is so disappointing because I'm concerned about credit score and Ford Credit accounts seem to act like they hiding something
