Pathetic service ***

On the 20th May 2022 my car wouldn't start but displayed message set maintenance and some engine message called road side as the car is still under warranty took the car to Secunda eastvaal Ford kept calling to check what's going on with the car even today went the Foreman told me to take the car while the is a red engine light on, as they still waiting for the Ford technical support I refused.... No one knows what's wrong with the car..... As for the service advisor who told me your case is closed on our system... How does 1 close a case while the car is still in their premises case no:***
