pathetic "service"

copy and paste of emails with zero response. pathetic "service" just went for my final "free" service on service plan at kempster ford umgeni rd durban apart from them *****ing up the name and the booking, they didn't know that the time period had been extended because of lockdown, i had to refer them to their own website for info. i was asked to sign no papers etc when i handed car in. when i fetched it this morning, it had not been washed, and was given no report about anything or asked to sign any papers, service book not stamped, just handed the key and told thanks. the previous service at fury ford fourways, i was sat down and shown a report on brakes, clutch, and the work done on the car in detail, and a copy given to me as well as my service book stamped. i strongly suspect absolutely nothing was actually done on the car not impressed

oh, and i was recommended to do a cam BELT change for several thousand rand. they said it's due at 100 000 km, and my car is on 76 000. i said no. after in depth research, i find out that my car actually has a CAM CHAIN, and needs replacing at 200 000 km. go figure...........

oh, and the washer fluid warning, and the brake fluid warnings were on, and still are on after the "service"

zero replies till today. pathetic. maybe someone here will bother ? mark
