Pathetic service

I have proof of my Ford Protect Extended Warranty which I got in 2014 after I bought my Ford Fiesta ST new. Now its indicated that I cancelled the Ford Protect Extended Warranty but the full amount was paid right after I bought the car in June 2014. I also want the records and why can't the records be presented to me which will prove the warranty in place. I also don't understand why extended warranty can't also be taken out now, days after my 4 year warranty expired just now 5 ,June 2018.

Also I have Tyre and Rim cover which covers potholes! Yet this policy does not want to fix my car on this after a pothole was it. Then on top of that, its being told to me the policy is on hold for a premium which was not paid April 2017! Can you believe that? Yet since October 2016 every single month each debit order was taken for this insurance!
