Pathetic service

I am so disgusted and disappointed with the service I received at Umgeni kempster durban this morning I sent through my car for a service at6:45 and was told that my service plan lapsed on Sunday the 15th but when I called and wanted to service my car last week they were fully booked had I known that my service is expiring the following week would have sent my car to another dealer now the dealer wants me to pay for the service I’m so dissapointed of the whole experience coz the person that I did the booking with last should have picked up that the service plan is lapsing in 6 days and told me
