PATHETIC SERVICE - 15 000km on new car.

Motusford SA REFUSES to pay for my son's car's service. The car is 2 years old with 15 000 km. 15 000 km!! Their reason? The service is 3 months overdue. This is because he was studying at Stellenbosch and the car was not being driven since January when he left. The R2800 for the service is NOTHING compared to the R100 000 High Court costs that Ford will be paying for the law suit. My husband is a lawyer. We will never ever be buying from Mazda / Ford again. Good riddens.
