Pathetic Ford service
I can't believe you call Ford SA they at customer care refuse to assist and send you back to dealer, Eagle Ford, that is not getting back to me after numerous emails to the dealer even Ford Credit send me back to the dealer, so why the hell does Ford SA have a customer care department..
