Pathetic Ford Service
I bought a brand new Fiesta in 2015 and since then I have had the following repairs done to the vehicle: The gearbox replaced within 3 months of buying the car. The brake pads have been replaced twice and the disks skimmed and replaced (at my own cost) twice. I have been driving cars for 33 years and have never had this happen within 52 000 km’s. Ford customer care offered no valid explanation. The latest is that the engine has a blown head gasket. I asked for a courtesy car, as I was informed that the repairs could take 2 weeks, only to be told that they have a long waiting list for courtesy cars. Why am I not surprised. I will NEVER but another Ford. It has now been a week since my car was taken to Paul Maher Ford. According to Mohammed at Paul Maher Ford, a warranty claim was submitted. Now Ford are saying that they need another test done before they can agree to the warranty claim. You cannot contact anyone at Ford Head office, as you are directed to customer care who are completely *********** with dealing with issues. They are purely a front so that all the yellow bellies at head office don't have to deal with this sort of thing. It's revolting. My request for a courtesy car has fallen on deaf ears. So now I will take this further. As if Ford need another bad review. But they don't care. A fish rots from the top so whoever is in charge is pathetic to say the least.
