Pathetic and disappointing Service from Ford Zevenwacht

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO Ford Zevenwacht!!

In Sep 2019, we took our Ford Ikon to Ford Zevenwacht for a major service and cambelt change After the job, there were a number of faults on the car namely: The handbrake was broken, The badge was broken off, The seatbelt clips were ****** and purposely tucked away to conceal the theft, One of the hubcaps was replaced with a broken hubcap. When we took the car back, Clinton the manager, had the audacity to tell us the handbrake was broken and we told him that was not the case. Eventually they fixed the faults after much back and forth, which was very frustrating! Their customer service sucks as they did not keep us updated as we continually had to call them regarding progress. As a Ford dealer, they are absolutely pathetic! We also gradually noticed an oil leak from the car, whereas before the cambelt change the car had no leaks!! Then about 4 months later, we started hearing noises from the underside of the car and it turned out to be the manifold which they had ****** parts from. It was clear they had sabotaged the car!! There are a bunch of ******* working at Ford Zevenwacht!!! I do not recommend Halfway Ford Zevenwacht as they are a ******* and absolutely pathetic service!!
