Good day,

Hopefully I will get a responds from the correct people because we do not know where to go to anymore and Ford is such a big company.

Our 2023 Ford Ranger is in for repairs after a pothole since 17/10/2023 and they still wait for spares/parts.

How can Ford launch a new vehicle and do not have spares. In the meanwhile we moved from Mpumalanga to Kwazulu Natal without our bakkie, its still with the panelbeaters in Mpumalanga.

So when ever that bakkie is finished we must now get our bakkie back where we stay now in Kwazulu Natal on our costs?

I urgently need a solution and if not received feedback at the end of this week and a solution I will go to the onbudsman.

The vehicle is currently at G+J Panelbeaters in Witbank Mpumalanga ***. According to them Motus Ford did order the missing parts but nothing yet.
