Pathetic

<p> The Ford car dealership in mosselbay are pathetic. We are trying to buy our second vehicle from them and it has been over 2 week now and we are still waiting from a awnser on vehicle finance. The same happened to the first vehicle. We waited over two weeks for the finance. A friend of mine app**** at VW and recieved a awnser within 20 min. Can you please explain that to me. I will never advise anybody to buy a vehicle through Ford.</p>
