Parts taking forever and still no courtesy car

<p>My car has been with the panelbeaters since end of June, they have been waiting for parts from Ford South Africa since July. Today is the 4th of August and I am still waiting, I was promised a courtesy car for the inconvience 2 weeks ago and AGAIN I am still waiting. When I bought my car, I was very pleased with the services I got from Ford Silverlakes so this is a HUGE DISAPPOINMENT!</p>
