Parts taking forever and still no courtesy car

<p>My car has been with the panlebeaters since 24 June, they fixed some areas but they couldnt finish the whole vehicle because they are waiting for parts from Ford SA. I have been waiting for these parts to arrive for over a month now. I was promised a courtesy car 2 weeks ago, til today I am still waiting..... This has been a real inconvience and everyday I call i hear a different story. When I bought my car with Ford Silverlakes I was treated well, today because my car is ruined its a different story. I am really DISAPPOINTED with the service I'm getting.</p>
