Part falls out after collecting the car back from repairs

I previously logged complaints about this branch about the no feedback and no callback, was called and advised it will all be sorted out. Just when you think maybe give this branch another try i get my car back 4 days later for a job that was supposed to only take 2 days.. Because previously my booked in car couldn't get fixed the same day as I suppose I was not a high enough priority to them. Now i have my car back a couple days and i hear a cling drop noise, so I pull over to see a part fell out of my car... Really!! Worst experience of my life when it comes to purchasing a vehicle with constant issues and constant people not fixing everything right the first time.
