Paid twice for service

Bought a new 2013 Ford Ecosport with a 4 year 60000 km service plan. Today had to pay for the 4th service, because the service plan has been changed from 4 years to 3 years without being notified. This is unacceptable as I paid for 4 year service plan and only received a 3 year service plan.
