Overheating Ford Kuga not getting fixed

I bought a new Ford Kuga 2.0 TDCI at their Bloemfontein dealership and now only 2 years later the engine is beyond repair. I was advised by Krugersdorp Ford (my closest dealer) that they will need to replace the engine as the engine failed due to an overheating problem. The car has now been with Ford for 3 weeks and it still don’t get feedback of when my car will be fixed. I don’t even get a curtesy car while they seem to have ZERO sense of urgency and ZERO accountability. In the mean time I need to Uber to work and back and wherever while I hope their indifferent attitude will change.
