OVERALL SERVICES

My Ford Eco Sport is brand new which bought it in May with only 350kilos by North Western Ford in Upington.It now have 12000kilos. We went on holiday 4 weeks ago. On our way back my car said \MULTI FUNCTION SERVICE NEEDS TO BE CHECKED". My car couldn't drive faster then 120 and we were far from a Ford garage. I contacted North Western Ford and they said its a software problem in ALL FORD ECO SPORT's vehicles. WHY COULDN'T THEY INFORMED ME ABOUT THIS PROBLEM THE DAY I PURCHASED THE CAR??? NOW:...My car only has 12000 kilos and it ALREADY has a GEARBOX OIL LEAKAGE??This is pathetic!!How ever the overall service of North Western Ford in Upington is quit embarrassing refer to me as a women (which don't know much about cars and taking me for a ride) and as client. VERY DISSAPOINTED because I pay my ass off on instalments every month"
